Kabir Das in his bani talks of message of equality and love between humans. No one attains wisdom by just reading or learning, be just to people and you will we wisest in the court of Lord. पोथी पढ़ि पढ़ि जग मुआ, पंडित भया न कोय,ढाई आखर प्रेम का, पढ़े सो पंडित होय।  Kabir says instead of love we are filled with hatered. Any kind of spiritual cleansing cannot purify us if we discriminate and hate people. नहाये धोये क्या हुआ, जो मन मैल न जाए ।मीन सदा जल में रहे, धोये बास न जाए ।

Kabir's metaphor is with a fish, being in ocean of wisdom doesnt make anyone wise till we shed our ego and embrace all that has been created by One God. No religious text has answers to our misery and pain and we cannot become learned till we understand that they have a message to love humanity and nature. 

This has inspired me to create this embroidered artwork with Mehjabi to express the importance of metaphor and signs of Kabir Das and Baba Nanak. The Bani is embroidered in shapes that represents the Nature. Each Bani has a message that is important for each one of us, it Unifies us. We all belive in rituals but forget the truth of doing what the Lord loves. ੴ  सत नाम is about loving the truth He created and He loves.

This Bani of Kabirdas with its full grace has been lovingly embroidered in zardosi and chikankari with name of the Divine सत नाम

Store credits are initiated after deducting the shipping and reverse pick up charges of ₹ 195/-.
